Expansion of an existing warehouse for wholesale trade in medicines.

The total area of ​​the property is 5 073 sq.m, which includes an administrative building on two floors, as well as a one-storey warehouse for medicines. On the free part of the terrain there is a warehouse connected to the existing building, consisting of a one-room storage with a total area of ​​998 sq.m and an effective storage height of 7.20 m.

The project also includes internal drainage in the building through roof funnels and internal drainage pipes mounted next to the columns, air conditioning through roofing systems, installation of a roof power plant with a capacity of about 30 kWa, as well as transport areas and perforated pavements.
