The base is located on a total area of ​​40 decares and will operate as the largest cross-docking platform for pallet shipments in the country.

The center has 60 ramps for simultaneous loading and unloading of 60 trucks, warehouses, a parcel distribution area and an office area. The capacity is up to 12,000 tons or 15,000 pallets of processed cargo per day and over 4 million pallets per year in a 24/7 mode. The parking area can accommodate up to 100 trucks and 300 cars.

The hall for processing shipments and the area for additional processing and assembly are provided with an automatic fire extinguishing system APGI with water. External and internal plumbing connections have also been built. Several types of pavements are foreseen in the project: Crushed stone with paving for parking of heavy trucks. paving for the main avenues, parking around the building and sidewalks.
