Nature of works

• Reconstruction and extension of the building of DSK
• Rough construction – earthworks, concrete works
Technical characteristics:
• The building consists of four half-level underground parking lots connected with two-lane ramps and seven floors, where office space, bank office, meeting rooms, restaurant, technical rooms and archives are situated. A peculiarity of the building is its atrium, which was held in all floors and a glass.
• The building is a monolithic reinforced concrete structure. Due to the depth of building’s foundation (7-13 meters) and 100% of the construction site the construction pit was reinforced with cast concrete piles of section diameter 880 mm, anchored to the adjacent outdoor area with temporary injectable active tension anchors. The waterproofing is of the type “bath” made of pre-hydrated bentonite.
