• Construction of a multi-profile hospital complex, including all subdivisions of a top-class hospital establishment
• “Turnkey” execution of all necessary finishing works and building engineering networks and systems
• Luxury finishing works

Certain technical characteristics:
• Total area – 89,281 square meters
• 3- and 5-storey building shells – hospital beds for 660 patients;
• Three 6-storey surgical and diagnostic building shells, including state-of-the-art X-ray department, physiotherapy, functional diagnostics, cardiology, 9 surgical rooms fully equipped for general and specialized surgery, central sterilization department;
• 2 hospitals;
• Boarding for 230 patients, 3-storey building with restaurant, bar and sauna;
• Medical waste the incineration facility with treatment plant;
• Independent thermal power plant and pumping station

• Self-leveling, antistatic, antiseptic, spark-free and electricity non-conductive flooring
