Stage 1:

280 apartments

Total built-up area: 30,000 m2

Stage 2:

The total build–up area of the project is 20,000 m2, with 168 apartments. It also includes an underground parking with platforms and access from two ramps with access control, green areas with a playground, and vertical transport with a speed of 1.75 m/s. It features an own central heating system, high–class energy efficiency achieved with the help of “Rollplast” joinery (5–chamber PVC with triple glazing) and the German thermal insulation system “Caparol”, as well as luxury maisonettes with high–end Velux windows with great views. Additionally, there is a new own substation, and a new infrastructure between the two buildings, which includes a road with sidewalks and communication.
