• “Turnkey” re-engineering and construction of 4* Riviera Beach Hotel
• Luxury finishing works
Technical characteristics:
• Total built-up area: 16,200 square meters
• Outdoor water areas: 750 square meters
• The hotel part includes: three high bodies, low body for connection to the existing hall and Riviera Restaurant, as well as a walkway to the swimming pool
• Reception foyer: administrative block with reception desk, cocktail bar, souvenir shop, business center, vertical communication connections to the hotel part and the conference block
• Irish pub
• Balneological centre, including gym, medical office and 8 chambers for electric radiation
• 2 outdoor swimming pools, for children and adults, an indoor swimming pool
• Conference hall
• “Silent” games hall with 3 pool tables and video games
