Nature of works

• Lot 1 of Struma Highway has a length of 16.780 km, starting from the end of the completed stretch Daskalovo – Dolna Dikanya at km 305+220 and ending at km 322 +000.
• The construction of the road stretch includes construction of 15 (fifteen) large facilities, including – two agricultural underpasses, one agricultural overpass, five multi-opening bridges, the highest of which is a 26-meter viaduct.
Technical characteristics:
The dimensions of the Highway are А-29, including:
• – 2х2 traffic lanes – 2 х (2х3.75) = 15 meters
• – 2х2 main asphalt lanes – 2 х (2х0.75) = 3 meters
• – 2х1 emergency halt lanes – 2 х 2.50 = 5 meters
• – 2х1 banquet – 2 х 1.25 = 2.50 meters
• – median dividing lane = 3.50 meters
