GBS will closely monitor selective demolition trends in Europe
The construction holding joined the European Demolition Association (EDA) and the European Decontamination Institute (EDI).
As of March, Glavbolgarstroy has become a member of the European Demolition Association (EDA) and the European Decontamination Institute (EDI), combining the capacities of national associations, contractors and suppliers related to demolition, decontamination, and recycling of construction materials.
By joining the two organizations, GBS will be able to combine its expertise with its peers in the sector in Europe and build on its work on the company‘s current green projects, including activities in the development of innovative building materials, prototypes of construction waste recycling technologies, etc.
The EDA works to promote and enforce the interests of the industry in Europe, define and promote European demolition standards and techniques, promote the recycling of demolition waste, etc. The association is a non–profit organization dedicated to the development and promotion of decontamination technologies including the reuse of contaminated materials, the prevention of the spread of contamination, and the development of new decontamination and recycling processes.
