A contact group of the UK Export Finance agency composed of Mr. Sean Burnage, Regional Head, Origination & Client Coverage and Mr. Duško Krsmanović, Head of UK Export Finance for the Western Balkans and CEE, accompanied by Mr. Tim Buisseret, DBT Regional Director, Europe Central & Country Director Bulgaria, British Embassy (Sofia) have visited Glavbolgarstroy headquarters for a meeting with Mr. Emil Angelov, CEO, Glavbolgarstroy Holding.

During the meeting were presented the range of services that the UK Export Finance agency could provide for possible future projects in the region, as well as their sectoral coverage. Information on incentives already brought to life by UK Export Finance was given as an example. Possible forms of future collaboration were discussed with a focus on specific projects that could become part of the GBS`s portfolio.

UK Export Finance (UKEF) is a UK government ministerial department and the nation’s export credit agency (ECA). It helps exporters access working capital and manage the risk of not getting paid by offering a government guarantee. It partners with private sector finance providers to grow UK exports and international trade.
