For the 13th consecutive year, the b2b Media evaluated the greenest companies, doing business in Bulgaria. Companies of all sizes were awarded for their actions towards achieving changes in their environmental performance and developing their business in an environmentally friendly manner.

Over 900 companies took part in this year's competition, presenting their green goals and the implementation of sustainable corporate strategies.

As part of the competition, Glavbolgarstoy was awarded the UBB (United Bulgarian Bank) award in the category "Circular Economy" for the project that the company is currently developing in the field of the circular economy in construction.

The MOBICCON-PRO project is financed under the Horizon Europe program - the largest scientific research program of the EU. It is implemented by a consortium of 10 European organisations. It aims at developing, implementing and demonstrating the effectiveness of a circular system solution for the management of Construction and Demolition Waste (CDW). Its core idea is to impose a comprehensive concept in CDW recycling, using the waste as a resource and returning the prodused secondary materials and products back in the construction process or to the market.
