“Glavbolgarstroy” started the construction of the Space Tower office building, which will lift the first line on Tsarigradsko Shosse Blvd. in Sofia, next to the Metro hypermarket.

The project of Ivo Petrov – Architects Bureau is for a business center with 10 976 square meters of built-up area (BUA). The underground floors will be nine (8 plus ground floor) and two underground levels are provided.
The building will be located in the southwestern part of the property, parallel to Tsarigradsko Shosse Blvd. Its shape will be rectangular, with overall dimensions – 68.48/19.28 m.
The construction is skeletal, the slabs are beamless. The solid parts of the grid of the longitudinal facades are involved in the construction scheme, being made of reinforced concrete.
The glazed part will be made of a structural suspended facade with aluminum profiles with interrupted thermal bridge and double glazing. Thick sections will be executed as a ventilated facade with a stone tiling.

The investor is the company Cayenne.
