- Monolithic, reinforced concrete structure enabling flexible allocation of space.
- Facade: Classic design with columns.
- Floor: Raised floor for offices, natural stone in the common areas.
- Walls: Exterior walls of 51-63 cm thickness.
- Ceiling: soundproofed suspended ceiling.
- Elevators: 2 elevators, Otis brand, capacity 13 people.
- Doors: Revolving entrance door, sliding doors, fire escape routes.
- Air conditioning: four-pipe air conditioning and ventilation system supplying fresh air.
- Power supply: Two independent substations, backup diesel generator.
- Cabling: 6th and 7th grade; UPS for the building management system (BMS system), security and fire systems.
- Automatic building management system (BMS). Controls all installations.
