Technical characteristics

• Total built-up area: 16,000 square meters.
• The 5-storey complex consists of shops, supermarket, restaurant, fast food shops, cafes, night club, discotheque, bowling hall and billiards, kids playground, conference hall, offices, underground parking with 150 places.
• Large, glazed, atrium space runs through the three floors. For the convenient movement of visitors escalators and elevators are provided for in different levels.
