Partnerships

Shaping the future of construction

Our pioneering partnerships aid in developing the construction industry by bringing forth innovative changes, ideas, and sustainable solutions to the market.

These partnerships allow us to lead in shaping the future of construction and play a key role in ensuring a prosperous future for Europe.
Organisational Partnerships

We partner with leading organisations and associations to support projects across the EU and spearhead debate.

Our organisational partners include Build Europe (based in Brussels), IPLOCA (based in Geneva), the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the Bulgarian Construction Chamber and AmCham Bulgaria.

Together, we support the construction industry by championing causes and community projects across Europe, engaging in public debates, and moving legislation forward, all while fostering sustainability and innovation.

University Partnerships

We work with leading technical universities and educational institutions across Europe on research and development projects in technological, product and operational innovation.

Projects we are currently working on include:
Energy Efficiency:

NRG-STORAGE project

Circularity for Construction Products:

MOBICCON-PRO project

Energy Efficiency:

NRG-STORAGE project

We are developing a new energy-saving foam for non-residential buildings in partnership with the Technical University of Darmstadt (Germany), Delft University of Technology (Netherlands), Materials Physics Center (Spain) and industry representatives from Western Europe.

The multi-functional NRG Foam has 25% better insulation capacity and at least 10% higher energy storage capacity. It is also at least 15% cheaper than current European solutions.

The NRG-Storage project was granted funding under the EU’s Horizon 2020 programme.

Circularity for Construction Products:

MOBICCON-PRO project

In partnership with UACEG University in Sofia, the Danish Technological Institute, the CY Cergy University in Paris, and multiple other partners across Bulgaria, Serbia and Belgium, we plan to build an innovative mobile facility for recycling construction waste and producing high-end secondary products and materials.

The goal is to develop, commission and demonstrate how a circular system in the Southeast of Europe (SEE) effectively manages construction and demolition waste (CDW) that integrates with waste prevention, reuse, recycling, energy recovery and landfill.

The MOBICCON-PRO project was granted funding under the EU’s Horizon 2020 programme.

Business partnerships

Our commitment to building and maintaining strong business partnerships is a key part of our culture.

That is why we partner with leading companies and institutions within and beyond the construction sector.
