The activities of our prestressed concrete plant cover the entire process of research, design, manufacture, supply and installation of the precast concrete elements, facade panels, roofs, and insulation.
Our state-of-the-art prestressed concrete plant ensures maximum productivity per unit area, thanks to our 4,600 square metres of equipment. Our plant has a capacity of 80,000 to 140,000 square metres of built-up area per year, offering a variety of structural framing solutions that cater to diverse project requirements.
At our facility, we prioritise the quality of our production and maintain it by carrying out daily inspections in our laboratory. We are proud to house a fully automated concrete batching plant with a production capacity of 43 m3/ hour. This allows us to deliver consistent, high-quality reinforced precast concrete elements that are suitable for the construction of industrial, logistics, public and commercial facilities.
Our reinforced concrete elements are highly competitive with any similar steel structure in terms of fire resistance, size of structural spans, resistance to seismic effects, durability, execution time, and price.
