GBS Representative Office, Washington

In 2023, GBS established a Representative Office in Washington, D.C. with the goal of expanding our network of partners in the United States. One year later, in April 2024, we incorporated our first U.S. subsidiary — GBS Technologies, Inc., headquartered in Houston, Texas. This company is now licensed to conduct business in Washington, D.C. and is responsible for managing and operating our corporate group’s Representative Office located at 1455 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, D.C. 20004.

GBS Technologies, Inc. aims to strengthen and expand GBS’s partner network and to actively participate in the dynamic U.S. national dialogue on infrastructure investment, green construction, innovative building technologies, evolving regulatory frameworks, and opportunities for collaboration with leading American businesses and professional organizations.

One of the company’s key objectives is to introduce our comprehensive portfolio of construction services and innovative building solutions to the U.S. market. We also provide specialized technical and consulting support in the fields of construction, science, and technology to U.S. businesses seeking to invest in Bulgaria and the broader region of Southeastern Europe (SEE).
