“Glavbolgarstroy” started the construction of a new 19-storey residential complex in Ovcha Kupel district in Sofia. The project is called G Tower and is part of the group’s investment activity.

“Right from the start, our idea was to create an emblematic building that would become a landmark for our region and company,” explains “Glavbolgarstroy” Executive Director Maya Pencheva.
In the words and in the process of work they somehow naturally united around the concept of a high building, although the plot allows for greater density of construction.
“G Tower is a 19-storey building in which we carefully studied the size, orientation and location of the individual dwellings in order to provide maximum space and free space in the property, sunlight of the apartments and views from every window to Vitosha or Sofia. We wanted to offer homes that carry the spirit and dynamics of the city, while away from noise and pollution,” she says.

The building is designed with underground parking, solved at an underground level for greater convenience. The complex has access control. Within the controlled area of nearly 6 decacres a park environment with playgrounds, a barbecue area, a mini golf course, children’s playgrounds and entertainment areas, as well as outdoor fitness are created.

Common areas are designed to promote social contacts between residents and to help create a sustainable local community that is associated with the standard of living in a gated complex.
The project is a work of the architectural studio “A and A Architects” and construction is expected to begin at the beginning of 2017 and to be completed at the end of 2018.
