For the 56th year, the International Pipe Line & Offshore Contractors Association (IPLOCA) gathered leading companies for its annual meeting from September 9 to 13 in Italy.

This year's event focused on topics related to the business prospects of land and marine pipelines, new technologies, health and safety, as well as environmental protection.

As a member of the association, Glavbolgarstroy was represented by Kalin Peshov – Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Glavbolgarstroy Holding," eng. Konstantin Kisev – Deputy Executive Director of "Glavbolgarstroy International", Zara Kiziryan-Kalcheva and eng. Iliya Karabadzakov – Executive Directors of "GBS Energy Solutions"; and Pavel Valodski – representative of Glavbolgarstroy in Vienna.

IPLOCA connected international companies in the construction and energy sectors, as well as in road and rail infrastructure. Glavbolgarstroy's participation included a series of B2B meetings aimed at future collaborations and laying the groundwork for fruitful relationships.

During the event, GBS Energy Solutions exchanged experiences and best practices with leading companies such as American Augers, Herrenknecht, Opus S.R.L., Maats, and Darby Equipment, discussing modern technologies. Particular attention was given to the development of pipeline technologies, innovations in micro-tunneling, and horizontal drilling. The company "GBS Energy Solutions" EAD is part of the broad corporate structure of the bulgarian construction holding and specializes in the design and construction of linear energy infrastructure.

During the event, representatives of the GBS personally congratulated Yasar Giregiz on his appointment as the new president of IPLOCA, expressing their support and wishing him success in future initiatives.
