Glavbolgarstroy presented career opportunities at the largest Bulgaria Wants You forum in the Hague

Glavbolgarstroy participated in the largest career forum for bulgarians abroad, Bulgaria Wants You, held on 9 November in The Hague. The Dutch city hosted the event, which welcomed one of the largest Bulgarian communities outside the country. More than 500 compatriots learned about the company’s activities and the opportunities for professional development within the Bulgarian construction holding.

The event was officially opened by hosts Ivan and Andrey, who, together with the Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Policy, Natalia Efremova, welcomed our compatriots to the exhibition.

During a dedicated panel on the business environment and investment climate in Bulgaria, Nikolay Stankov—who has been part of the company for over 30 years—shared his insights.

“Bulgarian businesses need young talent, their intuition, and their unconventional thinking. In recent years, major infrastructure projects have been developed in Bulgaria, creating significant opportunities for young professionals. The launch of key national projects, such as Units 7 and 8 of the Kozloduy Nuclear Power Plant, will enhance competitiveness, unlock regional potential, and help increase employment not only for construction specialists but for professionals across various sectors. I believe that the people we are meeting here in The Hague can find the motivation to return to Bulgaria and advance their careers, because the opportunities exist—and we are here to highlight them,” Stankov told the audience.

The company's employer booth also generated strong interest. Visitors received detailed information about the projects Glavbolgarstroy is implementing in Bulgaria, gained insight into notable aspects of constructing different types of facilities, and learned about current career prospects.
