With the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding in Houston, Texas, a strategic partnership between Glavbolgarstroy Holding, Texas Christian University (TCU), and the Ralph Lowe Energy Institute (RLEI) was launched. Further to that, the Institute has been at the forefront of many innovative initiatives in the energy sector and a traditional host of the "TCU Energy Symposium," which brings together industry leaders, policymakers, and academics to discuss the future of sustainable energy.
