On October 29, 2024, at the University of National and World Economy (UNSS), graduates from the Department of Real Estate officially received their diplomas during a solemn ceremony. To the sounds of the national, European, and student anthems, bachelor's and master's degree holders celebrated their academic achievements in the presence of the academic leadership and representatives from the business sector.

During the ceremony, Radoslav Kotlarov, Executive Director of GBS Invest and manager of GHome—the residential construction brand of Glavbolgarstroy—participated in the diploma presentation and congratulated the young professionals on their hard work and commitment to professional development. “The real estate sector in Bulgaria is dynamic, and the opportunities ahead for you, young professionals, are numerous,” he emphasized.

From the academic leadership, the event was attended by Prof. Dr. Matilda Alexandrova, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at UNSS, and it was opened by Ilian Chabulkiyski, Chairman of the Student Council at UNSS and a doctoral student in the Department of Real Estate.
