Glavbolgarstroy will be the prime contractor of the new residential complex in Banishora, Sofia – “Park View Residence”.

The first stage of construction is underway and the 280-dwelling site is expected to be completed in the summer of 2021. “Park View Residence” will also attract the attention of its future residents not only with its proximity to “Kniaginia Maria Louisa” metro station and its location in the central zone of the capital, but also with amenities such as controlled access and video surveillance, green area with a children’s playground, outdoor fitness, underground and overground parking, as well as a restaurant.

The complex consists of one building with four detached residential sections, each with a separate entrance on ground level. The building will have three 15-floor sections and one with 9 floors. The total built-up area of ​​the site is about 30 000 m2.

The playground is designed for children from 0 to 12 years old and will have two entrances – one near the establishment and another one leading from the main pedestrian promenade in the property. In addition to the fitness area, a parking lot for 388 bikes is also included in the plan for the ground level. Investor of the complex is “AVEIL PROPERTIES”.
