Technical characteristics

• The building is designed with four ground floors and a basement.
• The site has two repair workshops, located respectively at elevation -6.50 and elevation ±0.00, an underground parking with 27 seats and commercial exhibition halls at elevation +7.00 and offices located on the last two levels.
• The building is executed in a solid frame-beam encased concrete construction. Facades are plated in aluminium composite Etalbond and structural glazing with E85 and E24 Etem systems. For the glazing the company used products of AGC Glass – Stopray Vision 50 T with high efficiency, maximum transparency and neutral colour.
• The building is equipped with a building management system /BMS/, controlling the operation of the central twin-pipe VRV air-conditioning installation, garage ventilation, fire alarm system, CCTV system and access control system.
