- Construction of a complex of building with unique architecture – the main building, the interior, facade and the roof have the typical forms of the Russian architecture of the 17-18th century

Technical characteristics
- Monolithic 4-storey building with a multifunctional basement, a swimming pool and winter garden; decorative facade and facade lighting, wall paintings, art masonry, rectangular and circular domes;
- Auxiliary buildings – greenhouse, winter garden, gas-distribution unit, transformer substation, garages, office building, artesian wells, monolithic arbour, fence with towers with built-in decorative wall-panels.
