Technical characteristics
- Total built-up area: 16,200 square meters
- Outdoor water areas: 750 square meters
- The hotel part includes: three high bodies, low body for connection to the existing hall and Riviera Restaurant, as well as a walkway to the swimming pool
- Reception foyer: administrative block with reception desk, cocktail bar, souvenir shop, business center, vertical communication connections to the hotel part and the conference block
- Irish pub
- Balneological centre, including gym, medical office and 8 chambers for electric radiation
- 2 outdoor swimming pools, for children and adults, an indoor swimming pool
- Conference hall
- “Silent” games hall with 3 pool tables and video games
