Technical characteristics

For the period 2007 – 2010, Glavbolgarstroy constructed a remarkable golf complex stretching on 4.5 km of panoramic sea terrain. The company performed the rough construction, finishing works, el. and Water & Sewage installations, vertical planning and public works for the complex, trestle, waste water treatment plant, infrastructure construction. Two complexes are constructed “turnkey” – residential buildings “Hillside Residencies” and “Marina Village”.
