Nature of works

The BILLA logistics center in Stara Zagora is one of the largest industrial projects implemented by GBS - Plovdiv in recent years. The complex is built as a highly efficient logistics hub, which unites modern warehouse areas, shipping areas, administrative spaces and modern engineering infrastructure. Its implementation demonstrates the ability of GBS - Plovdiv to implement complex industrial sites with high requirements for quality, technology and sustainable construction.

Built according to the most modern standards for logistics infrastructure, the BILLA Bulgaria logistics center in the village of Zagore, Stara Zagora municipality, is a high-tech complex, designed to ensure effective management, storage and distribution of goods for the company's sales network.

As the main contractor, GBS – Plovdiv implemented the entire construction of the site – from the construction of the structure to its commissioning, including all architectural, engineering and infrastructure solutions. The project is an example of the successful implementation of a large-scale industrial complex, combining functionality, energy efficiency and sustainable construction.
