With the construction of the Speedy logistics centre in Plovdiv, GBS - Plovdiv strengthens its position as a preferred partner for the implementation of strategic industrial and logistics projects.

As the general contractor, the company took over the entire organization and implementation of the construction process - from the construction of the production and logistics base and the administrative part to the adjacent infrastructure and the reconstruction of the transport access.

Thanks to the effective coordination, high engineering expertise and strict management of the construction process, the project was implemented in a short time and in full compliance with the highest standards of quality, safety and functionality.

This site has another strong advantage that is worth emphasizing:

The project includes not only the construction of a new logistics complex, but also the reconstruction of the existing road infrastructure and the construction of a new transport access, which contributes to the optimal organization of transport flows and the smooth functioning of the logistics base.

• Production and logistics building with modern loading and unloading areas for heavy goods vehicles and light goods transport.
