Nature of works

The implementation of the project demonstrates the ability of GBS - Plovdiv to manage complex industrial investments requiring synchronisation between architectural, structural and engineering solutions. The implementation covers all stages of the construction process - from site preparation and structural construction to the implementation of specialised installations, public works and internal infrastructure.

Thanks to the effective organisation, high engineering expertise and precise management of the construction process, the site was implemented in full compliance with the requirements of the international investor and with modern standards for sustainable industrial construction.

The new Schneider Electric plant is an example of the next generation of industrial construction - combining sustainability, energy efficiency and high-tech engineering solutions. • Production premises with large free spaces, ensuring maximum flexibility of production processes.
• Roof system with 72 skylights, using natural daylight to reduce energy consumption.
• Intelligent HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems, implemented according to the highest corporate standards of Schneider Electric.
