Nature of works

One of the largest and most high-tech research complexes in Bulgaria, created to support the development of modern plant biology and biotechnology. The project combines modern architecture, innovative engineering solutions and specialized laboratory infrastructure, built in accordance with the highest standards for scientific research. Its implementation is proof of the ability of GBS – Plovdiv to implement complex projects with high technological complexity, precision and uncompromising quality.

Technical characteristics

• Area: 3,857m²
• The complex includes a research building, an administrative building, an educational building, greenhouses and specialized technical infrastructure.
• 40 high-tech laboratories equipped for scientific research have been built.
• The project includes greenhouses with precise automated microclimate control, allowing year-round experimental research.
• Highly efficient systems for HVAC, automation, electrical installations, plumbing and specialized engineering networks have been implemented, providing a controlled environment for scientific work.
