Nature of works

The plant will be able to produce defense equipment according to the highest NATO standards. In addition to the armored equipment base, Glavbolgarstroy is also building the connecting and accompanying infrastructure, which will support the development of the new economic zone with enterprises, increase jobs, and develop the region.

The complex consists of two functional blocks: an administrative building with limited access to outsiders and an assembly hall, where the assembly and armoring of equipment is carried out.

Technical characteristics

• The production hall has an area of ​​about 10,000 sq. m. with a two-story administrative part to it with a total area of ​​2,400 sq. m. The total area of ​​the site, including the facilities, is approximately 12,650 sq. m.
• Administrative building - It is a two-story building with a monolithic reinforced concrete structure. The total area of ​​the floor is 1,200 sq. m.
• The facade of the administrative building is made as a glass capless facade of glass units in blue.
• The showroom has a textured quartz coating on the floor in dark anthracite color, which is unique in its appearance and vision and is used only in the showrooms of prestigious car brands in Europe.
• The spaces are divided by glass partition walls, an open office, which creates a feeling of light, space and comfort for the workers. The building is fully air-conditioned with the latest generation air conditioning system, with the glazed display window filtering ultraviolet radiation and reducing heating during the summer months.

• The assembly hall is a one-story building with a mixed structure - a metal structure for the roof covered with LT profiled sheet metal and a prefabricated reinforced concrete structure of columns and beams and capitals.
• In functional terms, the hall represents a common space in which the assembly and armoring activities of the enterprise will be organized.
• The total floor area of ​​the assembly hall is 10,086.91 sq.m. 32 lanterns are installed on the roof, which provide natural light during the day and comfort for those working inside.
