Nature of works

The project places a new engineering emphasis through the first implemented constructive solution of this type, developed by GBS – Project and GBS – Prefab. The optimized roof structure is made of a gable prestressed main beam with a 28-meter span, which provides significant structural and functional advantages. The production and installation of the elements were carried out by GBS – Prifab, which emphasizes the expertise and innovative approach of the Glavbolgarstroy companies.

The implementation of the ORNO logistics center strengthens the position of GBS – Plovdiv as a reliable partner in the implementation of complex industrial and logistics projects. As the main contractor, the company took over the overall organization and implementation of the construction process, ensuring high quality, precise coordination and compliance with all technical and operational requirements. The result is a modern logistics complex, designed to guarantee optimal organization of warehouse and transport processes, reliable storage of food products and effective daily operation.

The project requires precise coordination between the individual construction and engineering activities, as well as the implementation of specialized technological solutions for storage and logistics of food products. Thanks to the accumulated professional experience, GBS - Plovdiv successfully implemented a project that meets modern requirements for efficiency, safety, energy efficiency and reliable operation.

• The building is designed on two levels and has adjacent administrative, service and loading and unloading areas, the majority of which are warehouses, eleven entrances (exits) for loading and unloading operations, as well as the necessary pedestrian approaches from all facades, taking into account the flow of workers and personnel, as well as fire and evacuation routes.
• Modern logistics complex with loading and unloading, storage, administrative and service areas.
• 11 loading and unloading platforms, ensuring effective service of transport flows.
• 2 dry warehouses, 4 cooling chambers and 1 sub-zero chamber, designed for storing food products at different temperature regimes.
• Administrative part, offices, sanitary and household premises, server rooms and staff areas.
• Prefabricated reinforced concrete structure with highly efficient facade and roof systems, guaranteeing reliability, durability and energy efficiency.
• Complete plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fire alarm and automatic fire extinguishing systems built.
• Internal road infrastructure, parking lots, landscaping and automated access control systems implemented.
