5 separate projects:

1. Plant for manufacture of pharmaceutical products and fodder supplements with 12 subprojects with a total build-up area of over 25 000 m²,
2. Logistic center with a total built-up area of 8 500 m²,
3. Electrical supstation 110 kV with a total built-up area of 1 580 m²,
4. Installation for instant granulation with three subprojects with a total built-up area of 9 600 m²,
5. Reconstruction of a hotel and
6. Reconstruction of WWTP with 400 000 PE.
