• Total built-up area: 8031 m²
• G Tower is a prestigious 19-storеy building, where the size, orientation and location of individual units have been carefully studied to provide maximum space and free area in the property, sunlight for the apartments and views of the Vitosha Mountain or Sofia from every window.
• The building is designed with an underground parking consisting of one level for convenience. The complex has restricted access. The restricted zone includes park areas with playgrounds for games and sports, barbeque, mini golf, a kids’ playground providing fun for children of various ages, as well as an open-aired gym.
• The common areas are designed to encourage social contacts between the residents and to support the creation of a consistent local community which associates itself with living standards of a gated complex.
