Nature of works

The project comprises the construction of two multi-family residential buildings, consisting of a total of five residential sections, with one semi-underground level and two underground levels.

Building 1 consists of three residential sections with a maximum height of 74.9 m.

Building 2 consists of two residential sections with a maximum height of 74.9 m.

Technical characteristics

Retail units, public-service facilities, and commercial spaces are planned on the ground floor and semi-underground level.

Each of the five residential sections has a dedicated entrance lobby leading to a vertical circulation core connecting the residential floors with the ground level and underground parking garages. Each core includes four passenger elevators, one fire-fighting/emergency elevator, and two evacuation staircases.

The development comprises a total of 862 residential apartments.

At ground-floor level, the project includes non-food retail stores and food and beverage establishments. The second floor accommodates a sports and wellness center featuring a fitness gym and group exercise studios, as well as office spaces, a kindergarten, and a children's activity center.

The project provides a total of 2,021 parking spaces and 1,438 bicycle parking spaces.
