Nature of works

The project envisages the construction of two separate residential buildings united on the 14th floor, with apartments, studios, offices, retail spaces, an inner courtyard and underground garages.

It was developed in accordance with the requirements for an accessible environment and universal design, with accessible entrances, parking spaces and elevators provided.

Technical characteristics

• The building is designed with 2 underground levels and 24 above-ground levels - ground floor with retail spaces and offices, residential floors.
• The developed built-up area is 52,335.24 m².
• The building includes residential units, offices, retail spaces, a cafeteria, swimming pools and an underground parking lot on 2 levels.
• A total of:
• 423 parking spaces in the underground parking lots
• 14 open parking spaces on the terrain
• The facade solution includes:
• Ventilated facade of composite panels
• Architectural decorative pilasters of cut sheet metal with the height of the building
• Aluminum joinery with triple glazing and interrupted thermal bridge.
• The building has a reinforced concrete supporting structure and a ventilated facade on the residential floors.
• The building has 243 residential apartments and 46 studios, located on 24 residential floors, including maisonettes on the top levels.
• The roof structure is a flat reinforced concrete roof with heat, steam and waterproofing layers.
