Construction of a multifunctional complex that includes a microbrewery for production of craft beer, visitor center, restaurant, shop, park and an outdoor amphitheater stage, “Turnkey” structural, architectural, construction and installation works
Technical characteristics
Total build-up area: 1688,8 m²
On the ground floor there is a part of the microbrewery, restaurant, kitchen, bathrooms and rooms for the servicing and security staff.
On the first floor there is a visitor center with a reception and sanitary facilities and a souvenir shop. The souvenir shop provides a direct connection to the amphitheater and the garden.
