Nature of works

Construction of a residential complex with three multi-sectional residential buildings, shops, a restaurant, an underground parking garage, and a playground.

Technical characteristics

• Sections: 12 units
• Total built-up area: 111,610.97 sq. m.
• Number of floors: Sections range from 10 to 17 above-ground floors

Vertical communication is facilitated by two elevators for each section, as well as one reinforced concrete staircase with direct lighting and ventilation. Pedestrian and vehicular access is provided from all sides via internal streets and pedestrian walkways. The outer perimeter of the property is reinforced with cast-in-place piles.

The buildings have a monolithic reinforced concrete structure with non-load-bearing exterior walls and interior partition walls made of ceramic blocks. A combination of suspended façade with composite panels, large-format ceramic tiles, and façade with mineral plaster has been used.
